Customer Background:

This Kazakhstan customer operates a machine tool bed factory and is in the laser field for the long term. After an initial contact with our factory, the customer was interested in learning more about the technical details and production capabilities.

Factory Visit:

At the end of July, we invited the customer to our factory for a site visit, which highlighted our core technologies. We also showed the factory's laser cutting equipment (e.g. laser welding, laser processing, etc.) and its precision and efficiency in detail; the transparent display of the production process, from the preparation of materials to the delivery of the finished product; and the quality inspection process, to ensure that the customer has confidence in the durability and precision of the machine bed.

Our engineers are on site to answer customers' questions and adjust technical solutions according to their needs to ensure that the products meet their expectations.

 

Contract Signing:

At the end of the factory visit, we discuss further details of co-operation with the customer, including product specifications, delivery time, price and service support.

Both parties confirm the cooperation and sign a formal contract, which stipulates the production and delivery schedule of the machine. It also includes services such as installation, commissioning and technical training, which are important to ensure that the product is put into use smoothly.

 

Visiting Customers:

In mid-September we travelled to Kazakhstan to visit our customer. Based on the customer's needs, we identified engineers who are experienced in the installation, maintenance and operation of the products.

The main purpose of this visit was to communicate face to face with the customers in Kazakhstan, to understand their actual needs and feedback on the products, and to ensure that there are no technical barriers in their use. Through on-site installation and operation training, we helped the customer and his team to better master the use of the equipment. And on-site collection of customer feedback, timely adjustment of products or services, in order to improve customer satisfaction.
