Factory visit:

On the day of the visit, the agent's team was led to visit the various production workshops in our factory. The agent not only saw the high-precision manufacturing process of the equipment, but also learnt about the manufacturer's strict quality control system, especially in the durability and accuracy of the equipment.

In order to let agents more intuitive understanding of the actual performance of the equipment, we arranged a live demonstration of the equipment. During the demonstration, our technicians showed the accuracy and efficiency of the laser cutting machine in handling different materials and complex shapes. The agency team was impressed by the efficient cutting speed, accuracy and low scrap rate of the machine, especially the ease of operation and maintenance, which exceeded their expectations.

After the tour and demonstration, we arranged a special technical seminar. Our chief engineer and the agent team discussed in depth the trend of laser cutting technology and the technical challenges that the equipment may face in the Vietnam market. The engineers answered the dealer team's questions about equipment maintenance, spare parts replacement, and long-term cost of ownership, and provided customised solution recommendations.

Results:

At the end of the visit and exchange, the agent's team highly recognised the performance of the equipment and the professionalism demonstrated by the manufacturer. Shortly after returning home, the agents decided to purchase several laser cutting machines at once as their first batch of equipment to enter the laser cutting field. They believe that these machines will be highly competitive in the Vietnamese market and can meet the needs of many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
